Faculty and students are invited to attend the George J. Stigler Workshop in Economics and Policy. The workshop honors the legacy of a Nobel laureate who made profound contributions to the economics of information, the study of industrial organization, the theory of regulation, and other branches of economics. Invited speakers will present research on economics and policy. The workshop is cosponsored by Becker Friedman Institute, the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and the George J. Stigler Center for Study of the Economy and the State.
The workshop meets 1:30–3:00 p.m. on selected Thursdays. If you're interested in a one-on-one discussion with any of the workshop's speakers, please email us to arrange a time.
