The Handbook of Economic Growth Conference, hosted by the Becker Friedman institute for Economics and the Stone Center for Research on Wealth Inequality and Mobility, will be held on November 19–20, 2026.
The Handbooks in Economics series provides the various branches of economics with handbooks which are definitive reference sources. The latest Handbook of Economic Growth, edited by Ufuk Akcigit, Philippe Aghion, Steven Durlauf, and Nancy Qian will feature in-depth, authoritative survey articles by the leading economists working on growth theory.
