Benjamin Hébert is currently a PhD candidate in business economics at Harvard University with an interest in macroeconomics and finance. His published work examines natural expectations, asset pricing, investment dynamics and genoeconomics, among other topics.
Outside of academia, Hébert has professional experience as a proprietary trader on Wall Street before he began graduate school. He earned bachelor’s degrees in physics and computer science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Benjamin Hébert visited the institute as a CME Group Foundation Fellow for the 2012-13 academic year.
