Jennifer Amarachi Agbo is a Research Professional at the Climate Impact Lab, Energy Policy Institute at the University of Chicago (EPIC). In her current role, she focuses on research examining the consequences of climate change and its implications for inequality. She is interested in how sustainable economic development can expand access to clean energy, create economic opportunities, and mitigate climate consequences, especially in vulnerable regions. Jennifer earned a Master’s degree in International and Development Economics from Yale University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. Before attending Yale, she completed a one-year Research Assistantship at the Lagos Business School Management Scholars Academy (MSA), where she worked on a project examining the bottom-of-the-pyramid segment of the economy to reposition businesses for strategic investment and poverty reduction.
