Maddalena Ronchi, an assistant professor at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, is currently a Saieh Family Fellow at the Becker Friedman Institute at the University of Chicago. She was previously a postdoctoral fellow at the Institute for Fiscal Studies and received her Ph.D. in Economics from Queen Mary University of London in 2021.
Her research focuses on personnel, gender, labor and finance.
