Weiwen Leung is a rising fifth-year PhD student in economics and Master's student in computer science at the University of Minnesota. His research interests are at the intersection of behavioral economics and applied microeconomics. While at the University of Chicago, Weiwen will determine contributions to online communities, such as whether one's peers have long term effects on one's contributions to online public goods.

Leung earned his Bachelor's in Economics summa cum laude from Singapore Management University and his Master's in Economics from the University of Minnesota.
