Moritz Lenel was a research fellow at the Becker Friedman Institute at the University of Chicago. In 2018, He will join the Bendheim Center for Finance at Princeton’s Department of Economics as a Pyewacket Research Fellow and in 2019, he will take on responsibilities as an Assistant Professor of Economics.

His research interests are in macroeconomics and finance, and he has been rewarded the Landau Discussion Paper Prize by SIEPR in 2017, and the AQR Top Finance Graduate Award 2017.

He earned his Ph.D. in Economics from Stanford University.
