Nicolas Hommel is currently a Saieh Family Fellow at the Becker Friedman Institute at the University of Chicago and will join MIT Sloan as an Assistant Professor of Finance in July 2027. He received his Ph.D. in Economics from Princeton University in 2026.
His research interests are in corporate finance and international economics.
