Gideon is currently a PhD student in Economics at Stanford University, interested in labor and industrial organization.
Prior to joining the Stanford PhD program, he worked as a Predoctoral Research Fellow at the Stanford Institute for Economic Policy Research (SIEPR) with Heidi Williams. He completed his Bachelor of Arts at Bowdoin College in 2019, studying Economics and Mathematics with a minor in Computer Science. While enrolled there he worked as a research intern at the Federal Reserve of Boston supervised by Ali Ozdagli.
