The 2025 BFI-INSPER Conference, co-hosted by the Becker Friedman Institute at the University of Chicago and Insper, will be held October 23-24 in São Paulo, Brazil. This conference aims to foster cutting-edge research involving scholars from both institutions and to develop a pipeline of early career researchers trained on frontier methods of economics research.

Professors Leonardo Bursztyn and Lars Peter Hansen will be joining as the keynote speakers for this conference.
