Andrea Wilson’s areas of research include game theory, bounded rationality, and decision theory. She has taught courses in all of these areas, as well as in microeconomics, psychology and economics, and information economics.
Currently visiting at University of Wisconsin-Madison, Wilson has previously held assistant professorships in the economics departments at New York University, Harvard University, and University of Chicago. A referee for numerous economic journals, she has also presented at seminars at universities including Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Princeton University, Stanford University, Yale University, and the London School of Economics. In 2003, Wilson participated in the Review of Economic Studies Tour.
Wilson received a BSc in mathematics and a master’s in economics from Queen’s University. In 2004, she received a PhD in economics from Princeton University.
