Eliana Sena is a third-year PhD student at the University of Pennsylvania. She is an applied microeconomist working at the intersection between labor economics and industrial organization. Prior to her PhD, she did her undergrad at Universidad de la Republica in Uruguay, where she also worked for two years as a research assistant. She earned her master’s degree from Rome Masters in Economics (RoME) at Einaudi Institute for Economics and Finance and Luiss University.
