Ewan Rawcliffe is a Predoctoral Research Professional for Prof. Burstyzn and Prof. Sonin in the Political Economy Initiative at the Becker Friedman Institute. His work involves assisting projects in political econonmy, the economics of culture and economic history. In addition to these fields, Ewan maintains an interest in urban economics and economic geography. Prior to joining the BFI, Ewan worked as a Predoctoral Fellow at the University of Zurich under Hans-Joachim Voth, and holds an undergraduate degree in economics from the University of Edinburgh.
