Futing Chen is a Predoctoral Research Professional at BFI-China under the supervision of Professor Zhiguo He, working on projects related to Chinese political economy and finance. In addition to political economy, she is interested in labor economics and development economics, especially demography and the role of institutions and geopraphy. Futing holds a MA in Social Sciences (Economics) from the University of Chicago and a BS in Economics from Central University of Finance and Economics.
