Jessica Kong is an Associate Director at DIL, where she oversees grant proposals, research agreements, IRB protocols, and University compliance. Prior to DIL, her work spanned across policy, research, and financial innovations at organizations including the New York Fed, Chicago Fed, and Georgetown University. She’s held two White House internships under the Obama Administration for the Council of Economic Advisers and the Office of Presidential Correspondence. Jessica received a BA in Economics and Accounting from Illinois Wesleyan University and a Master of Public Policy from the University of Chicago. She is a licensed CPA in the state of Illinois and serves on the governance board for a decentralized autonomous organization. She loves crypto and the great outdoors.
