Michelle Gard is a Predoctoral Research Professional working with Profs. Zarek Brot-Goldberg and Maggie Shi on health economics research, exploring the cost and quality implications of incentives in healthcare. Prior to joining BFI, she worked across a number of companies in healthcare consulting and tech in Silicon Valley, with roles spanning program management and data analytics at Mercer, Collective Health, Robinhood and Accorded.
