Oliver Xie is a fourth-year PhD student in Finance at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. His research interests are in understanding the patterns of currency usage in financing and international goods trade. Before his PhD, he worked at AQR Capital Management as a quantitative researcher and received his Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and Economics at the University of Chicago.
