Omkar A. Katta is a Predoctoral Research Professional at the Big Data Initiative of the Becker Friedman Institute. He works with Drs. Alexander Torgovitsky and Guillaume Pouliot on methodological research in causal inference and econometric theory. Omkar graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in Mathematical Economics with Distinction and minors in Statistics and Creative Writing.
