Timotej Cejka is a first-year PhD student in Economics at University of California, Berkeley with interests primarily in public and labor economics. Some of his current work uses administrative tax data from Pakistan and South Africa. He previously worked as a research assistant at Chicago Booth and at the Institute for Fiscal Studies. He obtained an MSc in Econometrics and Mathematical Economics from the London School of Economics, and a BA in Economics and Philosophy from the University of Manchester.
