John Bonney is a Predoctoral Research Professional for Prof. Magne Mogstad, assisting with projects in applied econometrics such as the extrapolation of causal effects away from LATEs and problems with two-stage least squares when one uses multiple instruments. In addition to econometric methods, he is interested in spatial public finance and the housing market. John graduated from Brigham Young University, where he majored in economics with a minor in math.
