Yueh Ya (Sam) Hsu is a Research Professional working with Erin Kelley and Greg Lane on questions related to refugee welfare and weather forecasting for farmers. Prior to joining BFI, he lived in Bangladesh, where he conducted fieldwork on rural anti-poverty interventions and the psychosocial value of employment for Rohingya refugees.
Sam was raised in Colorado, which means he loves the mountains, and born in Taiwan, which means that food is his love language.
