The Women in Macroeconomics Conference was held May 14-15, 2026, at University of Chicago’s Gleacher Center.

The Women in Macroeconomics Conference brought together influential economists from around the world working in the field of macroeconomics. The conference gathered influential macro-economists working in macro, broadly defined, including but not limited to growth, business cycles, macro theory, macro finance, international economics, macro labor, macro development. It also provided participants a venue to strengthen their research and build their network, particularly early-stage scholars.

Presentation Format:
40 minutes for speaker, 10 minutes for discussant, and 10 minutes for general discussion.
